The 37th "Challenge Cup" Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Exhibition and the Opening Ceremony of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expo 2019 Takes Place
On the morning of April 28, the 37th “Challenge Cup” Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Exhibition and the opening ceremony of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expo 2019 took place at Tsinghua. University leaders attending the event were Qiu Yong, Chen Xu, Jiang Shengyao, Xue Qikun, Ji Junmin, Yang Bin, Li Yibing, Guo Yong, Zheng Li, and Xiang Botao. Former university leaders including Fang Huijian, Wang Dazhong, He Meiying, Gu Binglin, Zhang Muzhen, Huang Shenglun, Wang Fengsheng, Yu Shouwen, Guan Zhicheng, and Zhang Zaixing also attended the event.
This year’s "Challenge Cup" had 6 special prizes, 10 first prizes, 30 second prizes and 61 third prizes. The School of Material Science and Engineering won the “Challenge Cup”. Most of the winning entries also participated in the exhibition.
After the opening ceremony, the university leaders and guests visited the “Challenge Cup” Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Exhibition and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expo 2019.
